HOW WE OPERATE
Hourly Rate
We charge a flat rate of $20/h per person, no matter the task. This keeps our pricing consistent, clear, and fair for everyone involved.
Dump Runs
For any dump run, a $15 Dump Labor Fee is applied to cover fuel and handling. In addition, the exact disposal fee charged by the facility will be added to the invoice. Travel distance to and from the dump site is also considered; jobs located farther from the facility may include an additional mileage charge to account for time and fuel.
Client-Supplied Materials
All materials—like paint, flooring, or equipment—are chosen and purchased by you. We focus strictly on the labor and completing your project efficiently and professionally.
Longer Jobs
On longer jobs, we take a lunch break like any standard workday. It ensures we stay focused, energized, and ready to complete the task properly.
Scheduled Maintenance Plans
We offer scheduled plans for ongoing help, keeping your space up to code and properly maintained—ideal for long-term projects or recurring upkeep needs.
Free Consultation
We also offer free consultations to discuss your project, understand your needs, and provide guidance—no pressure, no commitment, just helpful insight before any work begins.
Rock Maintenance
Starting at $22/h. Since we don’t own tractors or heavy equipment, all work is done by hand with tools available on-site, like shovels or wheelbarrows. Rock jobs usually take more time and effort than regular yard work, but we’ll handle them with care and steady progress.
